1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SkyFlip mobile application ("SkyFlip", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. About SkyFlip

SkyFlip is a weather radar and severe-weather tracking application published by Active User Digital Service Co., Ltd, a company registered in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan. SkyFlip provides weather radar, hurricane tracking, lightning tracking, wildfire tracking, and related forecast data sourced from NOAA (National Weather Service), DWD (Deutscher Wetterdienst), Apple Weather, and Visual Crossing.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

SkyFlip offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock features such as Hurricane Tracking, Real-Time Lightning Alerts, and an ad-free experience.

• You will be charged once a week or once a year, depending on the subscription option you choose.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Prices are in US Dollars and may vary outside the United States.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. No Warranty on Weather Data

Weather forecasts, radar imagery, and severe-weather alerts provided by SkyFlip are for informational purposes only and are sourced from third-party providers (NOAA, DWD, Apple Weather, Visual Crossing). SkyFlip does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any weather data. SkyFlip should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for decisions involving safety of life or property during severe weather events — always follow official guidance from local authorities and emergency services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update SkyFlip's features and these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
